Interview
They did a casual group interview. They asked ice breaker and standard Hr questions. There were all females in the group. The questions were not very related to the actual task of educator. More "leadership skills", future plans, etc. I was the outsider because of my age and felt that may have had to do with their final decision, to not hire
I applied in-person. I interviewed at lululemon (London, England)

iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.
