It was a group interview, 4 questions and able to add onto answers afterwards. Asked about previous work experience, what makes you a dependable person, etc. It took about an hour, had to wait 1.5 months to hear back

The interview focused less on technical retail knowledge and more on personality, communication, teamwork, customer experience, and alignment with the company values and culture.
The questions required thoughtful and personal answers, so preparation definitely helps. It felt like they were looking for authenticity, self awareness, and strong people skills rather than scripted answers.
Advice for candidates: prepare real examples from previous experiences and practice speaking naturally on camera. Energy and communication style seem very important in the process.
