Interview
Well, the HR person was fantastic, positive, friendly and very agile.
The hiring manager for a commercial position was very off though. Basically they were looking for a "after sales" person to bring new accounts as a hunter without any marketing budget or concrete plan (feels they want to use your network, no investment, no strategy).
If you invite someone to your house this means they are a guest, and we threat guests with a smile, warmth and positiveness. Just didn't get any of that.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
If we give you a handfull of clients, how would you sell to them? Would you just go there and knock on their door?
How would you upsell to new customers?
1. Contacto via email.
2. Llamada telefonica con alguien de rrhh o recruiting
3. Entrevista video llamada con responsable de proyectos (Bernard en este caso).
4.Entrevista tecnica con TL. ( te dicen que en 2 dias aprox te contactaran de rrhh para darte feedback)
5. Ghosting.
Después de 20 dias , preguntas y no contestan, mas de 1 mes sin saber nada de nada.
Empresa poco profesional y nada seria, si no tienes nada mejor , sigue buscando es muy probable que sea muy toxico el ambiente después de ver como hacen las entrevistas.

Interview
La prueba es muy larga para las 48h que tienes para realizar. Al finalizar después de contestar igual no recibes feedback. Deberían fortalecer el proceso de selección dando feedback a los potenciales candidatos y/o enviar aunque sea un email.
