3 rounds of process.
First interviewing with the 3rd party recruiter to go over some general questions.
Second interviewing with hiring manager with some Q&A 's about the product and warehouse execution system (WES)
Last meeting with C-level leadership. Relatively short interview (~15mins) with a few personality question to see if the candidate is qualified from a mindset perspective

Interview
Phone interview with COO. Appeared like he thought he was wasting his time as soon as he got on the phone After asking me to run down my prior work history in my resume, he asked a few times if I could do expense reports for executives and management and handle travel arrangements for them. Briefly asked about verifying payroll. First two were not mentioned at all in job description. Appeared they were looking for an executive assistant and not HR Coordinator. Questions also seemed to be attempting to weed out older workers in favor of recent graduates or early 20's.

Have you created and submitted expenses reports? Do you feel comfortable doing expense reports and handling travel arrangements?
1- Received a call.Message was left in my Answering Machine. I was out the country-Vacation.
2- Week Later called back and left a message.No return call.
3- Called again and I was told they were in a meeting. Told me to leave a message. I left a message but never got a return call.
