I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at iD (London, England) in Mar 2021
Interview
Fun, challenging, thoughtful, transparent. The team came across as highly professional, and very open. They questions were relevant to the role and their seemed a genuine interest to learn about my skill set, background and how I would approach tasks.

Interview
I applied via Indeed and a couple of days later I received a screening call around 17:45 where I was asked a series of screening questions and then told I should hear back from them within 7 days. A couple of days I received an email informing me I had made it to the next stage and I will be sent interview times over the next few days. After a week of not hearing anything regarding my interview I sent an email asking for an update. I received an email from someone in the HR department saying they had just finished screening calls and that they were deciding who would be taken to the next stage of recruitment. This was news to me as I had previously received an email saying I had made it to interview stage and that a set of times along with a date would be sent over. When I informed the person overseeing recruitment of this they said that, the email had been sent in error and that i'd have to wait to hear something. Its now been a month of hearing absolutely nothing and I wont be applying to this company in the future.

Interview
I applied, they called the next day. They asked me some basic questions about my background and if I could do Minecraft and I said yes. No technical questions.
