I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at homeis (Tel Aviv-Yafo) in Jun 2019
Interview
The process included a phone call, then an interview with the CPO, followed by another interview with the CTO who joined the meeting, followed by a home assignment (to revamp the on-boarding and home screen flow based on presented company/product challenges) followed by a video interview with the CEO from New York.
After hours over hours of work, I didn't even get a call. After weeks I had to reach out myself only to get a 1 sentence text message reply saying I was not accepted. When asking respectfully for feedback, I was ignored 3 times.
I guess for me the frustration was a combination of a very good first impression I got from the company (the people and the product) with the feeling how the time and effort I spent completing their assignments meant little to the company. Not a way to treat a candidate!
