Super easy process. I styled looks for sales manager and briefly discussed previous employment. It felt like a fast training session, learning their welcoming script as well as learning their customer service approach.

The interview process was really chill. Just be yourself and you'll be ok! If you're enthusiastic and have a positive attitude, you'd be great for the job! Having prior customer service experience is also a good plus, but I got hired without any prior job experience

Very casual. Just talking with each other. Not formal at all. It was like I was speaking with a friend, which took a ton of pressure off of myself. It was very nice.
