Had a face to face interview that lasted around 45 minutes. I was asked about my experience, my skills, what's my selling style. There was also some roll playing involved. After the interview with the manager I then had a phone interview with the distract manager 2 days later. The phone interview was very open ended and basically just asked for me to tell them about myself.
