The interview process was very smooth. The manager was sweet and asked basic questions. They asked questions such as tell me about your self, what is your weakness/strength as well as “tell me about a time when a customer was being difficult”.

The interview process was really chill. Just be yourself and you'll be ok! If you're enthusiastic and have a positive attitude, you'd be great for the job! Having prior customer service experience is also a good plus, but I got hired without any prior job experience

Interview
It was an in person interview with two managers. I had to do an interview first and then I had to style an outfit for a specific occasion with clothes in the store.

They asked about my previous experience working at a boutique.
Very casual. Just talking with each other. Not formal at all. It was like I was speaking with a friend, which took a ton of pressure off of myself. It was very nice.
