Interview
First thing was to pick out a complete outfit as if a customer asked for one. Top. Pants. Shoes. Earrings. Then usual and unnecessary situational questions. Very focused on style even as employees. Decided the place was not for me. Not my atmosphere. It’s stupid to think a person wants a complete ensemble at their high prices. Didn’t get offer and didn’t want one.

What did you do when having to work with bad team member.
Pretty fast, it started with a phone call and then in person interview. After the interview in-person, you are onboarded fast and watch some training videos. After that, you are on the floor and also trained on the register.

How much or if I had any experience working retail
One on one interview, asked general questions for retail. I did notice that they are interested in availability more than anything. Had a portion in the end with fake scenarios.
It was an easy process and straightforward. The questions are about what the job entails to see if you would be a good fit. The interview was with the store manager.
