Very easy. Walked in to drop off resume and heard back quickly. In interview picked out a cute outfit for a mannequin and talked with managers. also helped a customer.

applied online, went in for an interview a few days later. took them almost a month to hire me. manager talked bad about someone else she had interviewed earlier in the week.
The interview process was two parts. First, they ask you normal behavioral questions, then you move to the next step and they have you style an outfit for a fake client.

Short, quick, and efficient interview process. Mostly spoke of availability, willingness to learn a protocol that asks you to be sociable and to approach customers, and willingness to embrace the tenets of the company.
