Very easy. Walked in to drop off resume and heard back quickly. In interview picked out a cute outfit for a mannequin and talked with managers. also helped a customer.
The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at francesca's (New York, NY) in May 2016
Interview
Be prepared to choose an head to toe outfit for an occasion of the manager's choice (bridal shower, brunch, etc.) also be aware you may be asked to "work" the sales floor for 15 minutes (basically just greeting customers with the Francesca's promise). After 1st interview you may be asked to do an in-person/phone interview with the district manager (15-30 mins long). The district manager will then get in contact with the boutique manager to make final decisions on hiring you. The hiring process was rather lengthy (about 1 month) but that was due to the availability of my district manager..
The interview process was two parts. First, they ask you normal behavioral questions, then you move to the next step and they have you style an outfit for a fake client.

Short, quick, and efficient interview process. Mostly spoke of availability, willingness to learn a protocol that asks you to be sociable and to approach customers, and willingness to embrace the tenets of the company.
