Got a referral from a friend who heard about Everis from Linkedin. I sent in my resume and a few hours later got a call to set-up a phone interview! The interviewer was very personable and sounded excited to speak with me. It was about 30 mins and we discussed the position and if I was a good fit for it. Things such as SAS/SQL experience, presentation exp., flexibility in accepting varied projects (not just programming, etc.), and willingness to travel. They also mentioned the long-term goal of new-hires (stay for 5 years) is for them to be consultants. I was impressed, they sound like they encourage growth and plan for the success of their employees.
They are a growing company here in the U.S. and mentioned the reason there are so many negative comments on glassdoor is because of the culture difference. They had a lot of spanish directors who work differently. They have since hired more US people and have solutions in place to address most of these concerns.
