Long and boring. Not prepared panel. Long waits.no feedback given. For a senior level interview they do ask to code basic things. Interviewers have no knowledge other than Java basics. They are not prepared to take interviews. Rooms are not booked prior. Last minute scrambling is annoying.

Amazing experience, 3 step round with round to interact with hiring manager and HR. Guidance at each step about progress and different policies. Helps candidate to visualize the process and be updated on the progress.
