Interview
I was interviewed by two persons: someone from HR, and someone for the technical part of the interview. The girl from HR wanted to see if I matched the team and the company values, so she was preocupied more with the soft skills, future plans, my motivation for working there.
The technical part of the interview was pretty simple. I was supposed to solve a problem, on paper, using pseudocode. There also were questions about HTTP cookies, TCP connection, etc.
But I was not really prepared on the PHP part so... I think that is why I was not accepted.
