Hiring manager/Interviewer was late, asked awful subjective questions showing they didn't have a background in hiring practice and showed 0 subject matter knowledge of marketplaces & ecommerce. They then told me I did a great job, was a clear matching niche candidate for the role, which they had almost 0 applicants for and that the next round would happen within a week and went through the expectations. I didn't hear back for 3 weeks and was told they had interviewed much stronger candidates... over Christmas and new year. The Job was then reposted with a new Title I had suggested for them (oops). I've since seen this hiring manager posting very narcissistic content about their own promotions and achievements on Linkedin; think I swerved a bullet here.
