Upload a cv and answer questions on company site. Test your wifi speed of it meets a certain criteria. Asked whether you have a landline and lets you know if you can proceed and other qualfying questions.
Was interviewed for a customer service position. Interview was nice and straightforward, understandable questions and a pleasant experience. Interviewer was knowledgeable and directed the interview well. I was not selected

First you must pass a round of tasks including maths, English and computer knowledge as well as a typing speed quiz, then a video interview, then a face to face interview (over zoom)

Great experience. There was a test task, then an interview where you record video answers, and then a live interview. Everyone is very welcoming and friendly. Special thanks to the recruiter.
