Interview
First you watch an online webinar with Mark Reed or the CEO Nigel green, if after this it seems like something you wish to continue with then you sit a personality test. If you pass that then you have a quick phone conversation/interview where you can find out more about the company and they can ask about you. If they think you're a good candidate you will sit an assessment day which involves group tasks, a one on one interview, another skill/personality test. You will then find out if you're successful within 24/48 hours.

Interview
Telephone Interview & Assessment Centre.
Telephone Interview involved general personality questions. I.E. Why we should hire you? and similar questions.
Assessment Centre - Had 5 parts. Debating, Team project, practice sales call, one to one interview and a 30 second presentation.
Debating was over things such as the best crisps/animal. Team project involved a business plan for a new recruitment company.
Overall the process was slightly challenging and generally aimed at making you think on your feet.
