it started with a phone call; then a webinar, then a personality test, then a phone call from malta. After that, a email was sent telling you if you made it through to the next round which was an interview in person on one particular day only. If you could not make it on that one particular day that's it; you are out of contention for the job.

I was contacted by their recruitment consultant and asked if I was interested in becoming a financial advisor for the DeVere Group, so I emailed back and then I had to attend to a webinar, where the CEO of the DeVere Group told about the company and how they travel around the world, then I had a short interview via phone and the recruiter asked would it be a problem for me to move to Paris, Hong Kong or Geneve. Would have been nice to know from the beginning that they dont operate in the U.K, and they expect that people are willing to pack their whole life within a couple of weeks time and just move to another country.

Interview
Easy Interview and they will accept anyone as the more people they scam, the more money the CEO and sole private owner makes. I would urger those with half a brain not to work here before you are utterly disappointed. There are probably the best ripp off merchants in the world. If you thought Enron was a scandal, you havent seen anything yet. Devere are the biggest scandal around and ripp off pensioners hard earned life savings for their personal gain.
