The interview process was very easy, mine was less that 10 minutes and only got asked one question and got hired on the spot. The only thing is that they expect you to always be available
I applied for retail associate, received a call the next day for an interview the following day. Manager asked the normal questions and put through a background check and I was training within 5 days.
