It was a pretty typical interview.
Essentially, I was asked if I was willing to work in a hazardous (war zone) area for up to 4 years.
Are you willing to relocate anywhere in the country after training (and we cant tell you where you would possibly end up)?
They asked the KSA (Knowledge Skills Assessment) questions from the application. Also asked questions about previous positions and my education background.
After observing for a while during my interview/road trip, the manager asked if I thought I could go into a prospective business and see if I could sell Skillforce services by securing a contract for skilled labor with Skillforce.
