Absolutely unprofessional and disrespectful. One of the worst interviewing experiences I have ever had. after commuting to their place in Maadi and finishing up the hr interview I started their technical interview. At first they made an introduction about thier products, it seemed like the position was aimed for fresh graduates, i graduated last year and have been working professionally ever since but in the job description they wanted people with a year of experience as well. the interviewer asked the first question about sql at first I thought it’s about database design and how the schema would look like giving the vague info they said and then I thought it was orm related with them being very confusing and unclear from my point of view. The interviewer then abruptly got up and finished up the interview 3 minutes into it. only after getting out of the room that i realized they were looking for a very simple update statement instead of clarifying the confusion they just ended up leaving. very unprofessional and disrespectful with a person who lacks any decent interviewing skills conducting the interview.
