The interview process consisted of a phone interview, in-person interview, code challenge, and in-person code review. The interviews were straightforward and pretty simple, but the code challenge was a huge project. I spent about 25-30 hours writing an application for them. They expected a production-ready app for just a simple demo. The salary they offered for the position was laughable and not even remotely competitive with the market. They stopped communicating once I countered.
