Interview
They give you all the questions in advance, and don't expect you to mask with them. They then make you do an interview (with them present) with a potential client that they would contract you out to, and unless the client agrees to hire you you won't get the job.
Was a 3-day process where they assessed us properly, rather than with the neurotypical method of silly trick questions and eye contact. They took their time to understand how we solve problems and guided us through the process.
