Talked with Recruiter and made to first round with Hiring Manager. Went through typical interview scenario questions. I was not selected to move to the final round of panels due to the fact I wasn't utilizing the STAR method (even though I was). Make sure to frame your responses so they are easy to understand regardless of the role and your experience.
