The overall in loco interview was difficult. Starting with a few questions on the company, such as naming few ambassadors, differences between Adidas and Nike, and what I could have brought to the table, the second part of the process got tougher. I had to go through an on-site assessment, which consisted of the conception of a social, communicative campaign to sponsor a particular product, providing explanations regarding elements such as size of influencers, media channels etc. Stressful, and exhausting.

Had 2 rounds of interview, one is a pre-recorded interview by HR and you just need to record your response to them and another is an actual online interview with the managers.

The pre-recorded interview was pretty standard, e.g. what is one campaign you've seen and like? why? The actual online interview was more on my previous experiences gained.
