Interview
The interview was fairly easy and was contacted after a week after I applied online. The interview was a group interview with 3 other applicants and one supervisor. Was told would hear back, and got a call back about two days later and accepted the position. They emailed me the contract and how much I would get paid and my starting date for training. Got to pick a free pair of shoes under $100 on the first day for free.
15 min behavioral interview where I was asked things like , “how do you work on a team”, “why adidas”. Afterwards was asked if I wanted to work part time or full time.
The entire process was very easy and stress-free, with everything running smoothly from start to finish. Each step was clear, straightforward, and required minimal effort, which allowed me to stay relaxed and focused without feeling overwhelmed. It felt seamless and well-organized, making the experience both convenient and worry-free.
The interview was in person and simple. The questions asked were straight forward and easy to understand. The interview lasted for about 15 minutes and I was offered the job right after the interview
