Zoo Media interview questions

The interview was engaging and focused on assessing both soft skills and hard skills. In addition to evaluating technical abilities, they explored communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. A key part of the interview also centered on ensuring a cultural fit and alignment with the company’s values and mission. They aimed to gauge whether my motivations and work style matched the organization’s goals.

They took a telephonic interview without any prior intimation or scheduling a call and never called back after that. No emails, calls etc from their end about the rejection let alone feedback.
