Had an initial phone screen interview with recruiter over the phone. Was then granted a phone interview with the hiring manager for about 45 minutes. Recruiter failed to mention a coding challenge was going to be given. Passed the coding challenge on the phone. Had a 4-hour onsite meeting with the company in their downtown Seattle office. Had a meeting with the former individual whose role I was replacing, another meeting with 3 individuals (Scrum Master, PO, and lead Designer), a coding whiteboard meeting with 3 developers, and a final meeting with the hiring manager. I was offered a salary that was not commensurate to my expertise. Attempted to negotiate a higher salary. The company would not budge on initial offer. Read later on Glassdoor that this company does not negotiate. Declined offer and moved on.
