Great coworkers but poor leadership and communication

Pros: Despite the challenges, I am grateful for the experience I gained during my time here. I had the opportunity to develop new skills, make valuable professional connections, and build lasting friendships with some truly hardworking and supportive coworkers. The people I worked alongside were the highlight of my experience, and those relationships are something I’ll always appreciate.
Cons
⭐☆☆☆☆ As an employee, this was one of the most frustrating workplaces I’ve experienced. The biggest issue is the lack of leadership. There is little direction, expectations constantly change, and communication from management is either inconsistent or completely absent. Instead of providing support and clear guidance, leadership creates confusion, leaving employees to figure things out on their own. Problems are ignored rather than addressed, morale is low, and there is very little accountability from those in charge. A successful workplace starts with strong leadership and open communication, and unfortunately this business falls far short in both areas. I genuinely hope management takes employee feedback seriously and makes meaningful changes, because the current environment is not one I would recommend to anyone seeking employment.
