An informal chat with the director of product, where we discussed my current experience and how that could align with the requirements of the role at Zonal. The call was conducted online so I was able to take it remotely despite living in the same city as the opportunity.

An external recruiter approached me to apply, I had a conversation with them initially and then 2 interviews with Zonal. The first interview was longer with an overview of my CV, some questions to get to know me and my motivations for leaving my current company as well as time for me to ask any questions I had. The second interview was shorter and was comprised of additional competency based questions.

An initial interview with Rebecca in Recruitment to discuss the role and Zonal. She was very well informed and gave me lots of information regarding Zonal and the culture. Afterwards she arranged an initial interview for me which she gave me plenty of preparation for. Interview was an hours teams interview with 2x members of the Product Team. They asked some competency and technical questions. Fairly relaxed but informative.
