The interview process started with a HR screen phone call followed by an interview with the Regional Manager.
Was pretty straightforward and asked basic questions ended with questions to ask them.

Fairly quick interview process, did the interview and found out in about 2 weeks. Asked your typical retail job questions e.g. what do you know about the brand, why would you be a good fit ect

Show interest in brand - also if you are on a working holiday/student visa - make sure to mention how you are familiar with the brand in your home country (Zimmermann is undergoing rapid global expansion - make sure to mention this)
