Interview
The interview flow started with a screening with the recruiter (30 min), then a Zoom interview with the hiring manager (45 min). In the last round, I met with individual team members (3 hours).

Typical interview questions were asked about how I would handle different challenging situations that could arise, such as how to do I deal with coworkers that are not pulling their weight. I was also asked what ideas I would implement if I were chosen for the job.

Interview
Probably one of the best application experiences that I've had. The recruiters and team were super friendly, prompt, and clear/concise on the company's goals and role. Within a week of my final interviews, they informed me that they selected another candidate. However, since the recruitment process was smooth and the people I spoke with were so amiable, I would definitely interview here again if given the opportunity.

Overall disorganized. The recruiter failed to get back multiple times during the whole process. It was a continuous confusion - I was not notified at all with the next step, and the role got switched as well in the middle of the process.
