Great, open and honest. Talked through their growth plan and how I could fit into a growing part of their business. Felt very approachable and didn't feel overly stressful. Zillow is past the start up phase but this part of their business still feels like it's in a testing phase.

Contacted by recruiter, call with hiring manager, dove straight into case study questions with no background or behavioral conversation. Didn't provide any feedback, no engagement from interviewer. Had to chase down recruiter to get a rejection.

Initial phone interview. Very thorough. Recruiter was knowledgeable about position and company. Great overview of position and benefits. Discussed in detail next steps of hiring process and provided a follow up email timely.
