One interview with HR, one interview with direct manager. The manager made very confussing and odd questions. During the video call the manager looked very "bored", yawning and showing no interest in asking. more info.

Tell me something not so amazing about yourself.
Copy pasted several questions on the call chat about complexity theories, just to read the questions was complex to understand what the manager needed or wanted for a research resource management posistion that is not complex.
