From my point of view, the attitude and mentality of managers was a no go, red flag at the interview. We got rid of communism several years ago, but these people seem to have some challenges in how to think in a positive way and make people feel comfortable at interviews, even if they have reasons to reject them and of course can't hire every candidate.
