Interview
The interview process was fantastic. The process took about 1 1/2 hours, so you really get the chance to prove yourself. however, it is 30 minutes with each interviewer so it does not feel like a long, dragged out process. All three of my interviewers made me felt very comfortable throughout the interview process. After this first initial interview, they brought me to lunch with my future team members to see if I was a culture fit from both their perspective as well as my own. It made me feel very comfortable for my first day of work. I would highly recommend Zenefits to any college graduate trying to begin their career.

Everyone was very nice. All interviews over Zoom because of the pandemic. Started with a phone screen, then panel interview with 4 different managers and two different SDR team leads. I stopped the interview process right before my final round because I received an offer from a different company.

Interview
An initial phone screen with general questions and then an in-person 90 minute interview. Met with 3 different people who were all very outgoing and engaging. It was a very good interview where they were trying to see why exactly I wanted to work for them and to see if I would be a fit for their culture.
