Interview
Did a mini-interview at a university career fair, got two coding exercises, completed and was given five additional problems to finish back home. Got an interview two weeks later, was told will hear back in a week. But received a rejection email almost three weeks later.
Recruiter reached out to schedule an interview but ended up being a one-way screening. Standard behavioral questions with a little time to prepare before. Was allowed 3 reattempts for each question.

I had three interviews in total—two online and one physical. The questions were focused on SQL, desktop applications, projects I have worked on during my university studies, and load balancers. The interviewers were professional and approachable.

Took about 2 weeks to get an email from recruiter saying they wanted to set up a phone call. Proceeded to be ghosted for a couple weeks until they followed up with a one-way video interview.
