Interview
-Very welcoming
-The HOD will ask mostly about technical experiences. (so make sure be prepare)
-Took almost an hour
-A bit red flag since the HR will contact you literally after the interview ends to offer you the position. (but might be okay to someone who is desperate for a job)
-IMPORTANT: DONT ACCEPT IF THE HR WANTS TO NEGO YOUR ASKED SALARY!!
I went through an interview with five panels who were overly judgmental and dismissive. It was an unpleasant experience — the company should conduct fairer interviews and use kinder words, especially toward newcomers.
