Been through several interviews from both sides of the table over the past 20 years of my career. Never have I seen any corporate so indecisive on the candidate's abilities after so many hours of being with the candidate.

Courteous interviewers.
Takes a really long time, and there's a huge gap between rounds with no communication from the team on next steps. Emails go unanswered.
Lots of overlapping questions / unnecessary rounds - had 7 overall.

Interview
All the interview questions/topics matched what the recruiter mentioned in the intro call, as well as Zalando's career portal articles. Overall, a very positive and interesting experience. I had a 5 interviews in total: Hiring Manager + 4 final round interviews accessing product competencies.
