I applied this position online. Then they sent a codility test to me. The test was consist of 3 good questions. I made the development on C#. After the result of this test, they invited to me for an HR interview. The interviewer asked me general HR Questions. But she expected a deep knowledge about the company. I told what I know with some words. She was disappointed with it. However I passed this step and the next one was a technical interview on a video call. 2 IT people asked questions about the stuff which I know. They told me that they know from my CV which technologies I know and don't know. That's why they didn't ask anything our of my experience and knowledge.
A few days later they informed that I passed this part and they invited me to Berlin for onsite meeting. I had 3 interviews in row. Each with different people and took 1 hour. They asked some algorithm questions, gave me some scenarios and asked me to describe how to implement this. Almost all the process was good. I was tired in the last one. Could not perform well enough for some questions. And they started to ask about my knowledge about the other technologies which I don't know but required for this position. It was a bit disappointing. Because since the video interview they were aware of my experience.
A few days later a got an email about the feedback of all process. It was negative. There was no offer. They told me that everything was good with me however the technologies which I don't know are problem. They need someone who has hands on experience on it. I was disappointed of course. They could tell it from the beginning.
I can say for whole process, it is extremely professional but several technical interviews make it difficult. Especially taking 3 interviews in a row is tiring.
