There were four steps in the interview process, mainly with the management team. During this initial meeting, the questions asked were about the qualifications, skills, work history and relevant experience. As we progress, the interviews were more in-depth. The terms and conditions were given during the first interview. Overall, I will say that it was interesting to have the interviews with the management since as a future employee it is also important to get to know the people we will be working with.
