YM Inc. Graphic Designer interview questions

One-on-one interview with the team manager before moving into two skills tests. Afterwords I spoke with one of the divisional managers. I spoke again to the divisional manager a few days later over the phone for additional questions and follow up.

Applied on online job board and LinkedIn. Was contacted by HR and scheduled phone interview, then given a task to complete. Once completed task was brought in for in person interview, and heard back a few days later. Started a few weeks after that.
