Xynteo interview questions

Multiple rounds of interviews and case studies with variety of Xynteo staff. Initial one on one with a member of the team, and then a group interview case. I never got past the case, but last meeting is a partner interview.

1. Initial screening call with HR 2. First round interview composed mainly of questions related to CV, motivations and prior experience (i.e. role 'fit') 3. Second round interview with more in-depth review of CV, questions related to managerial experience, leadership, client engagement work. Rather informal case.
