Interview
Group session to begin with followed by one to one more detailed phase. Extremely easy going, friendly approach which promoted a feeling of ease. The initial group interview process was a first for me and really interesting, it challenged my thought process but was very engaging.

Question 1
Questions were all related to the role and logical. Very brief company overview given which is what most applicants tend to research. The interviewers were more interested in discussing the role and the kind of candidate needed.
Nice people and very open and honest. I waited in the reception area until called in for the interview and the interview was on time and conducted very professionally. Office environment was open and inviting.

Interview
Phone interview was good. Friendly recruiter of outside firm. They asked basic question and focused on company culture being a factor in selection for the job. They also asked about salary and benefits expectations towards the end of the phone call.
