No interview had or did take place as i was taken on as a temporary worker, there was no interview only a test of MHE equipment on site by an employee to check you have some kind of MHE training before.

It was overall a very strange process .Just a test ,no interview if one passed they were in.There is no more to say. The staff didn't mind about past .
