Extremely disorganized. The owners of the company were about 15-20 minutes late to a Skype call with no notice. On top of that, they told me they would get back to me in about 2-3 weeks. Well, I followed up about 3 weeks later. No answer. Absolute waste of my time; I wouldn't want to work with a company whose founders clearly don't care about professionalism, the image of their company, or their candidates.
