I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at World Wide Technology (Saint Louis, MO) in Oct 2018
Interview
Friendly and open. Easy going and informative about the way the company is and what they do.
The bad part was I've interviewed with this company before and the notification process was no better than before. The message being sent out is we don't have time to answer your inquiries of whether you got the job or not. This has happened twice now and for a company that is so good to their employees, the message is until you are an employee we don't have time for you. It's rude and very unprofessional.
The first time I interviewed I went in person and was basically told I wasn't qualified for the job which could've easily been done over the phone instead of wasting my time. It's been a couple of weeks so I assume I didn't get this job. HR could use some lessons in being more professional and less rude. Some people don't interview well but that doesn't mean they won't make great employees.
Thank you and I'm sorry for this experience. I've shared it with the team. Our goal is to always communicate with candidates on whether or not they were selected for a position. I'm confident we will do better. Thanks again and good luck.

Interview
Professional yet extremely conversational and enjoyable. From the HR representative that I initially spoke with over the phone, to the in person interview, everyone I had contact with throughout the process was passionate about the company and had interest in what I was looking for in a career. Great people and an overall great experience.
