I've been contacted via Linkedin, invited to a phone call, and asked to complete an assignment. After submitting the assignment, the contact person replied 1 week later. After that, communication stopped, and I haven't received feedback on the assignment, nor an explanation on why the process abruptly stopped. Unclear and unpleasant experience.
