Two interviews.
The first was with the CEO, Hr, a fellow project manager and someone else. In this interview, they showed up late, which was fine enough, if not unprofessional. They asked about my work history, I am a veteran so I spoke to them about that, they all seemed to like my answers and I received positive feedback through the grapevine.
About a week/week and a half go by before the second interview.
Second Interview, had six people. two new ones, and the old four with the CEO still among them. The entire time I'm talking to this panel of people I have one panel member just drilling holes into my head, scowling like I'd met them before and offended them. everyone asked more pointed questions which was fun, the questions were all like "What would you do in X situation". At one point in the interview this particular panel member said that they saw a discrepancy in my resume. This interview lasted 10 minutes, at the end of it I sent a thank you email, along with resending my resume which showed no discrepancy (in the first place).
I had spoken to the CEO many times before, they told me they needed the position filled and I was qualified. I had to apply about half a dozen times while talking to this CEO because their computer system kept rejecting me almost instantly. I had received something like four instant rejections. I don't know why I was rejected so quickly, the only thing that was entered shorthand(checking boxes) was my disability status, veteran status, and race.
It's been six weeks minus 2 days. I don't think I got it, they didn't send a rejection letter/email or anything after I thanked them and provided my resume.
